Our beers are brewed with a process called “Hop Bursting,” which pulls more flavors and aromas out of the hops than traditional brewing techniques. This technique is used much like it sounds, where we explode the hop flavors by not only adding a significant amount of hops throughout the brewing process but also utilizing the custom design features of the brewing system.
