Redside Red IPA

A unique subspecies of rainbow trout can only be found in Central Oregon’s Deschutes River. Adult Redsides are heavily built and brightly marked with a deep red, almost copper band, along their sides. Like the prized trophy fish, our Redside Red IPA is one of a kind.

Flavorful, aromatic and balanced: it is truly enjoyable all the way through.

Hard fighting and acrobatic, they are one of the most sought after trophy fish in the world. Hooking an eighteen inch Redside and watching its tail dancing in the fading Oregon afternoon sun delivers a satisfaction that is absolutely priceless.

Redside Red IPA is a classic Northwest Style Red IPA composed of ingredients much like standard American India Pale Ales. Subtle caramel toffee, and Floral Fruity hops balance the outstanding malt tones. We brewed this complex yet balanced Red IPA for the hop lovers as well as any enthusiast who prefers a balanced drinkable Ale! Named after the native Deschutes River Redside Trout. A true prize to be held.
