Hidden Forest IPA

Just outside of town here is a labyrinth of lava tube caves that wind from Mount Bachelor down past lava island falls all the way through Central Oregon. One such wonder is a cave only accessible through a small opening that leads to a cavern, opening up to a true hidden forest that winds its way through a canyon of Tall Ponderosa Pines.

Hidden Forest IPA is a great beer to get lost in with complex citrus undertones and a big pine bite. Using large amounts of hops like Idaho 7, Meridian, El Dorado, Simcoe & Ekuanot this IPA is packed full of ripe berry and fresh citrus aromas, finishing pungent and zesty. With a soft light mouthfeel, Hidden Forest is a standalone drinkable West Coast IPA!
